Orchid Sands is a fantastic house for a large
group of people with plenty of room to enjoy your stay. There is
accommodation for 14 Guests with a fully self contained shed that
sleeps 6 more people if required.
The quality of the house starts at the front door as you see the
wooden stair case
that leads you upstairs into a specular house
with all the modern comforts of home.
The ground floor has a toilet and
laundry
with a large fridge for your beer and two freezers
to choose from depending on your needs.
 
The second floor has 4 verandas, three bedrooms, a
toilet with wash basin and a large shower room with twin
basins. Central to the three bedrooms is a sitting room which has a leather lounge
great for guests
to sit back and chat in quite while having and a few drinks
before going to bed.
The three bedrooms have 8 bunk beds and two double
beds each room has it's own veranda with the biggest room having two
veranda's
 
 
 As we take the stairs to the third floor we come
to the kitchen on our left, dinning room and lounge room to your
front and
Master bedroom on your right with complete with onsuite
The Kitchen comes complete with dish washer,gas hot plates, stove, griller
and another extra large fridge. The Telephone and fax service is
available on request.
 
The mood of the house is controlled by the stereo
system which has a great collection of CD'S to listen too and a
leather lounge suite that seats 9 guests.
We then move into the master bedroom and onsuite
 
The large veranda at the back of the house has a small
view of the water through the trees.
 
The BBQ area is catered for with all plastic
ware from the kitchen and is great for that outdoors entertaining.
 
To help clean those fish you catch there
is a large table with running water and a light to make
the job so much easier at night.
